This upright from Sunny Health & Fitness is aimed at households where more than one person will ride the same bike. Its strongest point is fit: the seat moves both up and down and forwards and back, and the stated inseam range of 65 to 88 cm covers a wide spread of riders. Add a Bluetooth link to an app that the listing says carries no subscription, and it becomes a sensible first bike for a mixed family.

Our take
What Sunny says the bike does
The Performance Interactive Series (model SF-B220030) uses a belt drive and five magnets acting on a 2.5 kg flywheel. Sunny describes the result as a near-silent ride, which matters most in a flat with neighbours below or a bedroom next door. There are eight resistance steps, controlled manually.
The console reads out time, speed, distance, calories, an odometer and pulse from the handlebar sensors. It runs on two AAA batteries rather than mains power, so the bike can sit anywhere in a room without a trailing cable. A holder above the console takes a phone or tablet.
Fit, frame and the numbers that matter
Seat height runs from 74 to 94 cm and fore-aft from 38 to 46 cm, and the bars adjust two ways according to the item highlights. That combination is what lets a shorter teenager and a taller adult share one frame without either sitting cramped. Self-levelling pedals with straps accept ordinary trainers.
The steel frame is rated to 110 kg and the listing cites ISO 20957, the standard for stationary training equipment. Footprint is 98 by 59 cm with a height of 130 cm, and the bike weighs 20.4 kg, light enough to tip onto the front wheels and roll to a corner.
The SunnyFit app in daily use
Over Bluetooth the bike links to SunnyFit, which Sunny says offers trainer-led sessions, AI training plans, scenic routes and community challenges. Because resistance is set by hand, the app guides and records rather than changing the load for you. For riders who simply want a structured session on a tablet, that is enough, and there is no ongoing fee to budget for.
Against the BH Osaka and the folding X-Bike
The BH Osaka H9110 is the bike to look at if you want Zwift with power numbers: it uses FTMS, measures watts and has 32 levels, but it is longer at 140 cm. Sunny's own folding X-Bike offers 14 levels and a 135 kg limit and folds away, though a folding X-frame trades some solidity for storage. The upright here sits between them: more adjustable than the folder, simpler and smaller than the Osaka.
Verdict
Buy it if several people of different heights will share one bike and you want guided sessions without a monthly fee. Riders over 110 kg should look at the Sunny folding X-Bike or the Wenoker JC503 recumbent instead, and anyone wanting Zwift with watts should choose the BH Osaka H9110.
